Any adult person actively interested in furthering the objectives of the Allied Gardens Little League should register as a volunteer. Registering as a volunteer automatically grants you Regular Membership status in Allied Gardens Little League. Regular Members are responsible for electing the Board of Directors each year, participate in General Membership Meetings, and can vote on matters before the League's membership. League Membership is free, but you must register as a volunteer to qualify.

If you are volunteering for any of the following positions we are required to run a background check before we can clear you to participate (NB, parents who occasionally help out aren't required to complete a volunteer application):
We can only run a background check if you complete the official Little League Volunteer Application. If you meet the above critera, please complete the volunteer application on your computer, then print and sign. Entering the information on your computer is faster and the results are more legible than handwriting. You can mail the completed application to Allied Gardens Little League, 5173 Waring Rd., #213, San Diego, CA 92120 or scan and e-mail to info@aglittleleague.org.

Coaching Little League baseball is an especially rewarding experience for parents, providing memories that both you and your kid(s) will remember for a lifetime. When you are selected to coach and you have a kid playing in the League, you are guaranteed to be placed on the same team.
We provide plenty of support for our coaches including; training, team equipment so that they are well-equipped to provide the kids on their team the best experience.
To be considered as a coach or manager simply fill out the volunteer application and select the appropriate volunteer option(s).
We are actively seeking adult umpires! No prior umpire experience is required. All you need is a willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for Little League baseball; we'll provide training and support. This is a great opportunity to be part of a wonderful community organization.
